Our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes are all about building strong, confident and capable young athletes in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Kids classes for those aged 5-10 are available every Thursday from 3:40 - 4:10 PM.

Our Teens classes for those aged 11-16 are available every Thursday from 4:15 - 5:00 PM.
